I have practiced counselling and psychotherapy for 15 years. I
have a post graduate diploma in Transactional Studies and two
Certificates in Counselling skills and Theory (Level 2).
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and
Psychotherapists and the AHPP (Association of Humanistic Psychology Practioners)
and abide by their codes and ethics. As part of this I am
committed to my own ongoing personal development.

'self-defeating behaviours', sometimes being understood and
supported is not enough and we need something more.
